My name is Berenice Govender. I am a career with purpose coach, I am passionate about assisting and helping others to improve their lives and careers and I have discovered that there are many individuals who live their lives to survive and are 99% unhappy in their current careers because they are in the wrong profession or team/department.From a very young age, I realized my purpose and I kept my passion and purpose alive by making sure that in my professional capacity I occupied – I action it even though it was not part of job description.

My mission is the change people’s mindsets from survival mode to embracing their purpose so that they can live happy and fulfilled lives and/or careers. The disruption in my professional career in 2022 unlocked my determination to coach individuals to truly understand their purpose and coach them to live it wholeheartedly and live their ideal lives and/or careers.
